导热硅脂(又称导热膏、散热膏)主要是用来辅助散热片(散热器),以吸取半导体元件(发热体)的热量,降低核心温度,提高散热器的工作效率。根据产品的不同利用导热硅脂或者其他导热界面材料来填补金属接触面的不平整处,以导热硅脂替代空气作为传导介质,来有效提高如半导体电子元件等的导热效率。KT系列产品是以有机硅聚合物和高导热纳米复合材料为原料,配以多种添加剂,经技术团队独有的特殊分散和表面改性技术处理制备而成。充分发挥了纳米复合和材料的尺寸效应与界面效应,从而显著提高导热性能和稳定性,为客户持续提供优良、高效和专业的热管理解决方案。
Product Uses
Kovost thermal grease has a good thermal conductivity, it is an ideal thermal conductive material for electronic components. It is widely used in the contact surface between heat source and heat sink in various electronic products and electrical equipments. It can reduce the thermal resistance of the interfaces and improve the heat dissipation ability by filling the gap between power devices and radiators, this helps to reduce the working temperature of the power device and improve the reliability and extend its service life.

v The thermal conductivity is a parameter of the material itself, the testing results might vary widely if different testing methods are applied, and the data obtained by different testing methods cannot be directly compared. In the process of application, for the TIMs from different sources, it is suggested to obtain the heat conductivity parameters with an unified testing method, and in the combination with an actual engineering simulation assessments.
